I am Ruchi Kumar, a Creative Textile Designer with experience of 9 years in the Fashion and Apparel industry. I have been an integral part of the research and design team. I am adept in innovating product design, through ideation, conceptualization, research, trend analysis, and sourcing. My professional experience has given me versatile skills including multitasking, communicating ability, analyzing, deep diving, and problem-solving. I have gained aesthetic and technical in-depth knowledge of handling product categories in the Woven/ Knits and Indian Textile for Global and Domestic Brand. Along with that I have also successfully launched and developed my own retail business which gave me a depth understanding of business management, retail operations including buying and merchandising, marketing, collaborating, and supply chain. The journey has allowed me to successfully implement best sourcing, designing, and aligning with customer demands. I take complete ownership and create value for the organization, with a commitment to delighting consumers, building pride and passion in my teams, while upholding values of integrity and respect.
