Myself Dr Ruchika Meshram.  Completed my BDS in year 2017 and MBA in hospital and health from IIHMR University jaipur in year 2021 and JOIN Narayan hrudayala Mumbai in year 2022 as a digital adoption lead. I am looking for new opportunity to grow and learn new skills and experience 

Experience

I have 2 and half years of experience in digital adoption which include developing and executing strategies monitoring changes and modifying plan to enhance overall process.

Leading the implementation development daily operations quality oversight and customer relations  for EMR. 

Identifying changes in project or program scope and ensuring appropriate measures are taken to reaches and amend requirements, budget and timeline

Understanding dependencies amoung Healthcare application 

Providing orientation to user for new functionality implemented in each version 

Collaborating with physicians  , medical staff etc on various aspect of medical software implementation with the focus on implementation and training
