Supervise cases in Ticketing tool queues. Receive P1-P3 Incidents, Work Orders, or "Task Tickets" in Zendesk Look into the reported issue/approved work order and address it within agreed SLA'S. Resolve & update the ticket after selecting a relevant resolution. Also worked on Service Now and Jira ticketing platform respectively.
Troubleshooting issues related to Hardware, OS, Standard Office Suite, and Browsers. Hardware support to Desktops(Registers and Workstations), Laptops Transfer and removal of business-specific applications and their upgrades. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support teams.
Provide accurate information on IT products or services. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. Follow up and update client status and information
