Reporting to Country Manager (Services)

Direct Reports: 7 x Field Engineers, 2 x Administrative Assistants 

Position Objective: Provide first line of response for technical issues to Customers in India & Bangladesh and maintain Customer engagement with field services support. Ensure compliance to Company’s HSSE Safety Policies and achieve HSSE goals. Planning and organizing assignments, ensure timely response to customer’s requests, scheduled maintenance, commissioning and other customer related activities. Responsible for training and development of direct reports, establish an efficient, professional technical workforce through effective goal setting and sound management.

Active Emergency Response Team (ERT) member and Alternate ERT Leader responsible for emergency responses as per established Emergency Response Plan (ERP). 
 

Previous Positions in the company:

  1. Area Manager Business Development - Oil & Gas (India & Bangladesh) - November 2017 to May 2020   Position Objective: Responsible for Business Development and Sale of new equipment packages in India and Bangladesh. Identify the opportunities and closely work with the end users, EPCs with early engagement on the projects. Manage customer relationships, develop new contacts and markets.                                  Reporting To: Head Business Development – India & Bangladesh
  2. Sales Engineer – Aftersales  (India & Bangladesh) - April 2015 to October 2017                                          Position Objective: Responsible for inside sales support for all Customer Services Products and Services for customer accounts in India and Bangladesh. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, prepare commercial and technical proposals and represents the company in negotiations with customers. Coordinate with Project Application Engineering (PAE), Customer Services Field Operation, Service Parts, Construction Services, Legal & Contracts, Supply Chain and Finance departments, as well as others to respond to customer needs to finalize the contract or purchase order, and meet customer expectations in timely manner.   Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (PAFE- Singapore) 
  3. Field Service Engineer - Oil & Gas Asia Pacific (December 2009 to March 2015) 
  4. Special Assignment -Fleet Assessment Services (FAS)
     Fleet condition assessment for Gas Turbine Generator Set packages and Gas Turbine driven Compressor packages (18 packages) at various offshore installations for Chevron Indonesia.
     Fleet condition assessment for Gas Turbine Generator Set packages and Gas Turbine driven Compressor packages (21 packages) at different offshore installations for Petronas Carigalli Sarawak Operations, Miri- Malaysia.
    The condition assessment of the above packages were carried out to identify the system components obsolescence, system upgrades & retrofits, implementation of Safety bulletins, operational issues etc.
