As a Team Manager at Cognizant, I leverage my clinical research expertise and skills in clinical trials, ICH-GCP, and Excel Pivot to lead and manage drug safety and clinical research teams. I have over 10 years of experience in the clinical research field, working with various pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, and delivering high-quality and compliant services. I started my career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Pentagon SMO, where I coordinated and monitored clinical trials for multiple therapeutic areas. I then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Drug Safety Associate, where I performed case processing, reporting, and reconciliation for adverse events and serious adverse events. I was promoted to Team Manager in Jan 2022, where I oversee the performance, training, and development of my team members, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of drug safety and clinical research projects. I am passionate about improving the quality and safety of healthcare products and services, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to achieve this mission. I am looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and experience to challenging and rewarding projects in the clinical research domain.
