I am Rutuja Gaikwad a recent psychology postgraduate from Symbiosis college of arts and commerce, Pune. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in psychological theories, research methodologies, and clinical practices. I am particularly interested in individual and group counselling, positive change in the Emotional Wellbeing and I am eager to apply my knowledge to help individuals improve their mental well-being.

During my studies, I completed an internship at Prism Foundation, where I gained hands-on experience in Autistic children, down syndrome, learning disabilities etc. This experience honed my skills in active listening, empathy, and critical thinking. 

I am passionate about continuing to learn and grow in the field of psychology. I am dedicated to contributing to research and practice that advances mental health care. My goal is to work in a supportive environment where I can collaborate with experienced professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
