I am an MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. 

I am an experienced Strategy & Operations professional with over 9 years of experience working across business strategy, management consulting, technology, program management and operational excellence in large organizations and startup. 

Post MBA, I have joined Deloitte consulting and worked on the Strategy projects for the US clients. Across projects for these clients, I got the opportunity to explore different aspects business cases such as new market entry, go-to-market, digital onboarding, process improvement, vendor evaluation, financial modelling, workforce analytics and change management.

The, I joined Foundry Digital (world’s largest bitcoin mining pool operator) as a Manager in the Strategy team. I have delivered impactful business solutions and drove organizational growth by leading projects related to new business development for Foundry in energy sector, redefined pricing strategy for Foundry repair business & developed price prediction analytical models for Altcoins and crypto industry market research.

To summarize, during my 9 years of professional career:

I have worked with customers across different parts of geographies like the US, Europe, Australia and India. I always ensure to establish clear communication with customers on expectations, deliverables, timelines and regularly check in with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Across projects, I have worked on global delivery roles reporting directly to the Partners, Managing Directors and CXOs. Scope of work includes developing business cases, market research, pain points analysis, presenting reports, insights & strategies, and taking ownership of implementing and managing initiatives approved by the leadership team.

I have collaborated with cross-functional teams like finance, marketing, sales, business development and product engineering teams, maintaining a healthy stakeholder relationship to achieve the project goals.
