I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a Master of Arts degree in English, a Bachelor's degree in Education from Aligarh Muslim University and a Master's degree in TESOL from the University of Westminster, London. UK.  With a robust experience of more than two decades, I’m sure of my abilities and shall prove to be an asset to your prestigious organization.

As a teacher, I strive to develop a supportive learning environment for the students so that they can quickly grasp the concept. My teaching pattern is flexible, i.e. I communicate and teach the students according to their level of understanding. I maintain friendly relationships with students so that they can ask their queries without any hesitation. Moreover, I encourage them to expand their knowledge base and imagination.

I can adopt and adapt according to the demands of the situation. Being a versatile educator I have taken the opportunity to instruct students from different backgrounds of society. As a result, I am a compassionate teacher who is sensitive to students' unique needs and offers positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep students focused and motivated. I employ different methods and methodologies to make my teaching effective.

Spearheading the examination committee, professional development and implementation of educational programmes.  Heading the Accreditation team  Reviewing the pre-set educational goals, objectives, and classroom instructional programmes, establishing academic and other performance objectives.  Providing leadership to teaching and administrative staff ensuring high quality of teaching.
