 Fitness Assessments & Planning are a vital first step to understanding an athlete's physical condition. These tests measure key components of fitness such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, speed, balance, power, flexibility, and body composition. 

• Creating a Football Specific Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Periodic Training Program that aligns with the athlete's specific season goals and addresses any identified weaknesses. 

• Properly Demonstrating & Supervising the training sessions for ensuring athletes use correct form and prevent injury. 

• Working as Sports Science Team along with a Physiotherapist.
