Experience

I started my carrier by working in Call Centre's where I handled customers from US. It was great experience as there was direct interaction with customers and I knew what exactly they needed. My 2nd Call centre experience was with UK Lloyds TSB Bank customers regarding banking queries. And 3rd experience was with TECH company EDS where I offered technical assistance to customers from AMER, EMEA and APAC providing them solutions upto L2 support. Overall it was great experience interacting with US and other country customers.  And currently I am working with Art Gallery as  Secretary Cum Administrative Manager and my responsibilities are maintaining stocks required for functioning of gallery, Handling customer queries and promoting art work by participating in exhibitions for sales of Art Work.

I have done my Bachelors in Commerce field.
