 ⮚ NDT Level II Certification in Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Inspection Testing and Dye Penetrant Testing. 

⮚ Quality of work carried out by the subcontractor against engineering practice and SOP. ⮚ Weekly / Monthly meetings to create awareness about quality. 

⮚ Stage wise inspection activity based on daily activity for pipe line, fabrication and erection work. ⮚ To maintain the inspection record with photographs and Documentation work for our future planning. 

Process Improvement:

 ⮚ Update SOP, MPR and DPR. Provided training to workers for monthly and Daily basic. 

⮚ Deft in developing procedure, service standards & operational policies, planning and implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the units.
