Hello, I am Dr. Sadagoban G K, an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a passion for education and research. After completing my B Pharmacy, I worked as a medical executive in Zydus Cadila and Sandoz pharmaceutical companies, gaining valuable experience in the industry.

With over 11 years of experience in teaching and precepting Pharm'D students, I am well-versed in various pedagogical and didactic activities such as Simulation Practice, OSCE, Modular Teaching, Experiential Learning Management System (ELMS & LMS), Clinical Pharmacy Services, and ICT enabled teaching.

My research interests lie in the domains of Pharmaceutical Care, Pharmacoeconomics and Health Technology Assessment (HTA). During my career, I have acquired research skills such as Machine Learning and Data Analysis, Pharmacoeconomic Modeling, and Biomedical Statistics. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with various statistical and modelling software like Tree age Pro, Palisade, Python and R.  

I have successfully guided many PG Level Projects, focusing on Pharmacoeconomic Modeling, DUE Studies, Antibiogram Development, Antibiotic Stewardship, and Pharmaceutical Care. Currently, I am pursuing a Part-time Ph.D. in Pharmacometric and Pharmacoeconomic Modeling with a focus on Diabetes Mellitus, under the guidance of Dr. K.P. Arun. M.Pharm., Ph.D., Department of Pharmacy Practice, JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty. Additionally, I act as the faculty in-charge for Drug and Poison Information Centre at Government Medical Hospital, Ooty.

I have contributed significantly to the academic community as a Board of Study (BOS) Member of Pharmacy Practice & and working member of ACPE, NBA, and MOOC-Swayam, and other college committees such as Innovation Cell, IT Team, etc. Furthermore, I am the Nodal officer for Online Swayam-MOOC-JSSCPO and the executive member of PharmD Alumni Association – JSSCP - Ooty.

I am the founder and admin of an online forum PharmD Info- An online discussion forum for Indian Pharmacy Professionals.
