I am a chartered accountant  ( I also have Exexecutive general management program from IIMB)
I have 17+ years of work eperience with global companies like Dell,  Boomi        and      Vodafone. 
that includes,  4 years of startup like environment in Boomi.

Over the years, I have built and led global FPA teams & proceess and also led India Accounting and COE operations as controller  (these role would involve  review of Financial statement with CXO leaders, driving Financial planning and budgeting process, Cost Optimisation, managing AR & AP, ensuring Regulatory and tax compliance & some Basic Treasury operations)

I do have good exposure in handling audit, Due-Diligence,  Mergers and Acquitions. I have supported Dell and EMC merger, I have played key role in Boomi stand off as seperate entitiy when Boomi was sold off to TPG..I also led interegerating Unifi's finance proceeess and systems with boomi when Unifi was acquired by Boomi.

I have also done ..Sales planning & operations which involves target setting, GTM planning  and driving ROI and productivity across sales teams.
Last but not least, Automation, this is my all time favorite I have got many awards for automating finance processees using RPA and other tools  and i also led  ERP implementation projects like Netsuite and Adaptiv in Boomi.
