I am Sadik Mansur B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineer, As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Wire, Cable and compounding manufacturing Industry. In my 12 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation engineering, I've consistently delivered results through a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to optimizing systems for efficiency and reliability. I'm eager to contribute my expertise to drive excellence in organization.

• Operation and Maintenance of BUSS MX-125 and BUSS MKS-140 for XLPE compounding machines with fully automation, and Ninjang twin screw compounding machine.
•  Hands on experience in trouble shooting of M/s Chicago Pneumatic, Kirloskar made Gas Compressors as well as Safe and Delta made Boosters.
• Planning, organizing and supervising Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for all-Natural Gas equipment at CNG filling station.
• Handled total process control on PLC/SCADA programming in Wonderwares Intouch for SCADA, Siemens PLC (S7-300) with Siemens Win cc & Flexible SCADA.
• Knowledge of PLC Programming of Allen Bradley, Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi ABB.
• Operation preventive/breakdown maintenance of the equipments/machineries.
• Scheduling & planning of maintenance (preventive, proactive and corrective) job its execution within time frame with spares availability, breakdown and history data collection to minimize breakdown for less affecting of production.
• Installation & erection of VFD’s, motors, control panels, lighting boards, MCC’s and PCC’s according to Engineering drawings, cable routing.
• All data preparation in SAP (PM and MM Modules) for like material handling, maintenance, breakdown records. 
• Plant as well as Machines wise Energy/Power Consumption Calculations.

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Distinction (68.80%) in 2009 from C.U. Shah College of Engineering, Saurashtra University, Gujarat, India.
• Diploma in Power Electronics with Distinction (79.83%) in 2006 from Dr. S & S. S. Gandhy College of Engineering & Technology, Government College, Technical Examination Board (TEB), Gujarat, India.
