My duties are:
Responsible for smooth operation of the restaurant.
Responsible for ordering as well as maintenance of full stock availability while operation. Responsible for achieving daily targets set by company.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and maintaining standard operating procedure set by company.
Responsible for daily food and beverage requisition.
Responsible for maintain wastage reports on daily basis.
Responsible for daily sales reports.
Responsible for training and motivating of the staff.
Follow up and maintain good relations between all management team.
Responsible for handling complaints and looking that the customers walk out of restaurant satisfied.
Maintain customers records.
Responsible for giving ideas for promotions for the betterment of the sale.
Knowledgeable with micros Fidelio and omega pos system.
Responsible for inventory system of the restaurant on monthly basis.
To take orders from customers and follow up the orders.
Allotting the sections to captain and waiters and leading the team to get good outcome of the job. Taking inventory monthly.
