Record of executed work i.e. reports after execution, daily progress report And managing all costs and contractual dealings of construction projects. Being an Assistant Highway Engineer for Project Management Consultant I am responsible for construction, operation and supervision of 15.542 kms. Long Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Project costing of Approx 150 crores Flexible Pavement with embankment, Sub-grade, Sub-base, (GSB), Base-Course (WMM), Bituminous Macadam, DBM, Bituminious Concrete. Responsible for supervision of road activities as per plan & profile, and review field testing of the construction materials for road activities such as embankment, sub-grade, sub-base, base course, wearing course, bituminous and non-bituminous as per Technical Specification /MORT &H. Maintaining the quality check during the construction of Embankment, Sub-grade, Sub-base (GSB), Base-course (WMM), Dense Bituminous Macadam, Bituminous Concrete etc.

Assignments.

1. Supervise the work on day-to-day basis as per the work programmed of the concessionaire.
2. Ensuring the works contracts and contractual clauses related to quality or quantities of works to be followed properly.
3. Review and forwarded to senior for approval of the work programmed of the concessionaire.
4. Review the field testing results and order removal and substitution of substandard materials and /or works as required.
5. Review the provision towards quality assurance and carry out quality control tests as specified in the technical specification during construction period.
6. Ensure that the construction work is accomplished in accordance with the technical specifications.
7. Identify construction delays and recommended to the concessionaire the remedial measures to expedite the progress.
8. Review the safety measures provided for the traffic and project workers and suggest the concessionaire for implementation in case of any deficiency.
9. Monitors the works done by the subordinates on daily basis and guide for smooth working as per contractual clauses, as per specification and plan and profile drawings. 
10. Prepare and record the daily progress report for quantity check.
