Installation and commissioning of BACK PRESSURE TURBINE 6.575 MW. (2023) • Execution and Upgradation of DM plant PLC system ML-200R HONEYWELL. (2022). • Maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control System in CAUSTIC SODA PLANT (1300 TPD) and CAPTIVE POWER PLANT (110 MW). (Brine section, Cell house, Chlorine compressor, 2 x 60 TPH HRSG Boilers, 38 MW axial flow steam turbine instrumentation, 500 M3/HR De Mineralize water treatment plant and 2 x 35 TPH steam boilers.) • Working experience in SIEMENS SPPA T-3000 DCS YOKOGAWA CENTUM VP DCS, S7-400 PLC. • Periodic reporting about activities to Maintenance Manager. ▪ Coordinating daily maintenance activities like preventive, predictive and breakdown. • Execution and Report Preparation of Monthly PM Jobs. • Maintaining ISO documentation related to instruments. • Planning and executing Shutdown jobs. • Planning the upgradation of field instruments to achieve quality and cost minimizing. • Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic type control valves and motorized control valves • Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers. • Maintenance and checking of flowmeters (electromagnetic, DP type, variable area, turbine type, vortex type) of Endress+Hauser, Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell. • Maintenance and checking of transmitters Pressure, Level, Temperature, Differential Pressure and vibration transducers. • Preparation and Maintaining Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments spare parts.
