I am the proud founder of the company YOU360 Healthcare and Academy. I am presently working as a Soft Skills Trainer for academic institutions and corporates. I have primarily been an English and French Educator/ Coordinator/ Head, for most part of my professional career.

I have 11 years of experience as an educator overall.

I have worked in the gulf previously as an English Teacher, Public speaking instructor and the Head of Pastoral Care at Pearl Wisdom School, Dubai, UAE. Prior to which I was an English teacher for Private International English School, Abu Dhabi, UAE. I have conducted various in house training workshops for teachers at the institutions I've worked at. 
In India, I have been teaching French and English for reputed International and Indian Schools (Cambridge, CBSE, ICSE, SSC). I have been an Academic Planner for French, for a reputed International school and its branches spread across multiple cities.

I am an ICF Certified Soft Skills and Corporate Trainer. I have completed my Masters in English Literature. I am a double graduate in English Literature and French Literature. I have completed my Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) with outstanding performance in both academic and co-curricular activities.

I have been awarded the Top Ten Educators award. I have presented Papers at National-level seminars and have been certified with various online professional development courses and webinars. Along with being the Chief Editor for multiple school magazines and online platforms, I have been a coordinator for various important events such as the Spell bee competition, cultural programs, International Olympiads, etc. I have been the Guest speaker, host and moderator for several events both offline and online. Additionally, I have my article printed in a renowned teacher's journal in India as well.

I believe that my work experience over the years and my qualifications would be an asset for your institution if I get a chance to serve. As a passionate educator, I believe in actively nurturing a culturally responsive learning environment that I have learned from teaching in schools that promote Inclusive Education. My focus has not always been the academic development of the child but also the inculcation of moral values to build a strong character.

As an individual, I am an open-minded and jolly person who is open to new adaptations and responsibilities, keeping in mind the importance of interpersonal relationships in any workplace. Being a new-age teacher, I believe that I have a pleasant personality and an upbeat positivity, which helps me create a great understanding and bonding with my children, helping me to deliver better as an educator.
