15 years of experience in  Digital Program management driving the implementation of Digitalization solutions in Steel-Making  , Manufacturing Execution Systems, Data Office , SCM and ISA-95 Level 3 & ERP solutions for the Green & Brown Field expansion projects and current Operational units of Tata Steel.    


• Gap analysis  of operations and maintenance for the fitment of the Industry 4.0  technologies ( Advanced Analytics  and Machine Learning , Smart sensorisation ,  Digital Twins , Video analytics etc.. )  to derive value by  improving manufacturing KPIs translating into EBITDA improvement.
