Familiarizing myself with all products and services offered by the company. 2. Role includes understanding client’s requirements, engaging right teams, creating, and finalizing plan with key stakeholders, preparing customer focused solutions for leading platform solutions across geographies. 3. Hosting sessions like Value by Design with Sales leadership and Operations leadership to understand the client and their requirements more clearly using the methods: Gap analysis, SWOT, Value proposition and other techniques to have clear vision of our solution beforehand. 4. Expertise in tools like MURAL (Virtual canvas to conduct interactive brainstorming sessions for various scenarios.) and InDesign (Tool used to create creative, interactive, and advanced proposals, Org charts, client presentations, Cover and back pages and Headers and footers.) 5. Mapping key business requirements, implementing roadmap and presenting organizational capabilities to envision customers by transforming their sales operations into a strategic competitive advantage. 6. Have good experience in working for government bids (Water, Power, Resources, Transport and Built environment) for US, India, Australia & New Zealand and handled portal based bids. 15. Experience in working with pricing tools to develop pricing solution for Manpower and the task sheets. 16.
