 As a trained Sales Operations Professional taking superior efforts in creating winning proposals, my daily roles and responsibilities in Jacobs are as follows:  1. Familiarizing myself with all products and services offered by the company. 2. Role includes understanding client’s requirements, engaging right teams, creating, and finalizing plan with key stakeholders, preparing customer focused solutions for leading platform solutions across geographies. 3. Hosting sessions like Value by Design with Sales leadership and Operations leadership to understand the client and their requirements more clearly using the methods: Gap analysis, SWOT, Value proposition and other techniques to have clear vision of our solution beforehand. 4. Expertise in tools like MURAL (Virtual canvas to conduct interactive brainstorming sessions for various scenarios.) and InDesign (Tool used to create creative, interactive, and advanced proposals, Org charts, client presentations, Cover and back pages and Headers and footers.) 5. Mapping key business requirements, implementing roadmap and presenting organizational capabilities to envision customers by transforming their sales operations into a strategic competitive advantage. 6. Managing the color reviews and decision gates before and after the RFP released into the market. 7. Creating and managing the entire Bid calendar and creating a compliant winning proposal. 8. Continuous interaction with clients, on-site sales team and Sales Directors to discuss current and future sales pipelines. 9. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. 10. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. 

11. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. 12. Have good experience in working for regions like Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Indian locations. Also worked for global regions. 13. Successfully able to lead complex and large bids ranging up to 30+ Mil USD independently and had delivered winning and compliant proposal in time. 14. Have good experience in working for government bids (Water, Power, Resources, Transport and Built environment) for US, India, Australia & New Zealand and handled portal based bids. 15. Experience in working with pricing tools to develop pricing solution for Manpower and the task sheets. 16. Leading a team of 6 motivated personnel to manage all the functional and operational needs for the team. a. Set clear team goals and KPIs and distributing the opportunities based on team member’s capacity/ availability. b. Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere. c. Discover training needs and coach them or request for required trainings from management. d. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
