Experience
- Professional with 13+ Years of Information Technology experience and with over 8 years of Pre-Sales/RFx, ITT, Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ), Pre-Market Engagement and Early Market Engagement (EME), Proposal Development/Writing and Bid Management Business Development,
- As Proposal Manager I will provide ownership of the end-to-end opportunity, working with Subject Matter Experts to develop value propositions that position to win work
- 2+ Years US Government State and Federal RFX scouting and experience in proposal writing.
- Perform initial RFx/EOI/ITT Analysis and recommend bid/no-bid decision
- Maintain and Update Vendor Registrations in Coordination with respective department.
- Experience with proposal management tools/applications/portals (e.g., Arriba, Loopio, etc.)
- Employ Project management skills to support RFx/Tender/EOI and Early Market Engagement process, renewal process and pricing process
- Timeliness in identifying the qualified new opportunities
- Pre-qualifications and EOIs through effective collaboration across teams that include internal staff, other business lines and or outside partners/suppliers.
- Manage, maintain, and systematize company's system RFx library/Bid Management.
- Excellent in Communicating & Present ideas / strategy in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- A keen strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in delivery excellence, maximizing customer satisfaction, process compliance, optimize resource capabilities and operational efficiency
- Hands-on knowledge experience and capable of handling end-to-end Bid management process across various service lines and domains / verticals like Councils, Education (Universities, K-12), Not-profit, Profit, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge experience in any of the technologies like, CRM (Civic, SalesForce, Mobile App Development, Web Design/Development, Branding, CMS (Drupal/WordPress) and OutSystems
- Experienced in customer service and goal-oriented relationship building
- Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable nature
