Ltd., I have established myself as a competent and reliable professional. My hard work and dedication were recognized with three consecutive awards for being the best QA of the month. Before this role, I spent a year at Teleperformance India Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Service Associate, where I was promoted to off-paper SME within four months. During this time, I also gained valuable experience as a quality analyst through my work as an acting QA. My eagerness to learn new skills and technologies sets me apart, and I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow professionally. I am confident in my abilities, especially in MS Excel and MS Word, and have a proven track record of using these tools effectively. Aside from work, I have a passion for music and play the guitar in my free time. I also enjoy reading, which helps me unwind and stay curious about the world around me. I graduated with a degree in bachelor of computer applications,  My long-term goals are to learn about various aspects of computer science and to decide which area of specialization I want to pursue. I’d love to become an expert in one specific field of computer science in the long term, but I know the first step is to build a solid foundation and learn the basics in an entry-level role. I saw that this job offers exposure to a variety of areas, which is something I liked.
