Provide Governance and Assurance to ensure robust Risk and Compliance measures are in place at a group
level, as part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework including (but not limited to):

•Diligently oversee compliance with existing and upcoming regulatory requirements through my regular
monitoring including the effectiveness or otherwise of current risk and compliance prevention policies, standards, procedures, guidance and controls leveraging compliance assurance skills adaptable to global frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO).

•Proactively identify new and emerging risks, new methodologies along with the management of known issues and exposures by challenging and collaborating with various stakeholders across the group.

•Drafting and delivering comprehensive reports for the Group Management Team, Regional CEOs and Group Risk and Compliance Committee with strong attention to detail and report writing skills on key risk and compliance metrics that provides a strategic overview of the effectiveness of controls, regulatory expectations and escalation of issues to IQ-EQ’s senior management.

•Partnered with the broader GRC Team, to identify and assess any new higher risk issues arising from Risk
Events, KRI reports and Horizon Scanning.

•Compiled and disseminated lessons learned summaries from regulatory findings, regulatory thematic reviews
and internal audits to ensure that they are shared across the Group and practices and controls enhanced as
required.
