My Name is Sai and I'm a support engineer having 7 years experience in saas based companies.

 Working on all tickets/ issues which are escalated to Tier 2 (Escalation/Product Specialist team) by 
using internal tools.
• Take ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to a successful resolution.
• Follow the escalation process in effect, to speed up the resolution.
• Knowledge on API calls (JSON, REST, SOAP, XML web standards) to export Replicon data through 
webservices 
• Expertise knowledge on SSO setup 
• Going on weekly calls with the admins of the client organizations to gather requirements or to check 
with and to process the requests as per the product or by connecting with another team. 
• Training/Mentoring the new batches on the products and the tools we use on daily basis. 
• Getting on Support Hand-Off calls, Product Training calls and assisting with Implementation queries, 
by creating Change requests and forwarding them to the SOW team for analysis and estimation 
• Hands on Experience in working on Replicon/QuickBooks (desktop & Online), Replicon/MS Project 
integration.

Having knowledge on Power BI and Tableau tools, worked on setting up Replicon/ Power Bi & 
Replicon/Tableau integration and troubleshoot in cases of any issues.
• Working closely with the Development, Customization, Implementation, Integration, and support to 
ensure customer's requirements are met. 
• Also working as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the accounts like GE, PWC, TECHNICOLOR, 
ADTALEM, DEVRY, NTTDATA, OMNICOMMEDIA, AssuredPartnersinc, Pike Corporation, DXC, 
DTNLLC, Sunovion, Fujifilm and handle issues by connecting with the admins on the organization by 
going on weekly meets.
• Few of the Major Projects handled: NTTDATABC, KLA, Fujifilm, DXC global.
Handled multiple enterprise projects. DXC is one of the biggest clients, I have led the DXC project 
which has multiple customizations, integration with multiple ERPs and multiple automations with a 
great success and continuing to do the same
