Mohammad Saif Jalil Kumbay is an aspiring software engineer with a strong foundation in compiler design and high-performance computing. With expertise in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java, he has developed a keen interest in optimizing GPU architectures and enhancing compiler functionalities. During his recent internship at Coventry University, he gained valuable experience in ethical hacking and cybersecurity while also working on a project focused on image steganography. Passionate about innovative problem-solving, Mohammad is eager to contribute his analytical skills and technical knowledge as a GPU Compiler LLVM Backend Intern, where he aims to create efficient software solutions that drive performance improvements.

completed an International Summer Internship at Coventry University, UK, focused on Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security. Under the guidance of Professors Daniel Goldsmith and Terry Richards, I gained hands-on experience in key areas such as social engineering, cryptography, SQL injection, password cracking, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and remote shells. This experience enhanced my technical skills and provided a global perspective on the importance of cybersecurity, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and ethical responsibility.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering at Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology. This program is providing me with a strong foundation in software development, algorithms, and data structures. My coursework includes key subjects such as operating systems, database management, and web technologies, equipping me with essential technical skills. Additionally, I am involved in various projects that enhance my problem-solving abilities and deepen my interest in areas like compiler design and cybersecurity, preparing me to tackle real-world challenges in the tech industry.
