Monitoring audits and compliance in outsourced vendors to ensure the company's  policies are followed and that are in line with RBI and banking ombudsmen.
.Preparing reports analyzing data pertaining to departments and sharing with executive staff and managers as needed.
.Deploy startegies to ensure effective and efficient collections to improve collections and other relevant measurements for the region,via working in collaboration with Team leads,managers, collectors,compliance, customer service and customers.
.Reviewing and negotiating while using independent discretion within the granted authority,to process reversal on levied interest and charges,settlement requests considering costs associated with the standard aspects of processing defaults or foreclosures.
.Comprehensive knowledge of the fair debt collections practices and advanced collection technique for collections and implementing leagl action.
.Responsible for managing escalated calls ,E-mails,social media escalation diffusing situations while creating solutions for resolution.
.Execute adequate and timely collection and instigate recovery acitivites inorder to minimize risk costs and optimize returns
