About Saif Sayed:

I have completed BSc in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, I worked on many projects during the academic year, and I am extremely knowledgeable in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, Postman API, AWS Cloud, Linux, Git and MySQL. I working as a technical support engineer at Route Mobile Limited here I work on MySQL, Postman API, Linux, and AWS. I always put a lot of effort into my college projects, such as creating festival and event posters, and I learned a lot about planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing events. My friends always call me first because they know I'm still there for them, and I make it a point to look after the people in my life. I make the same commitment to completing my work correctly.

Experience

1) Handling tickets/queries received at the International support team’s end.
2) Providing clients assistance and resolving SMS Delivery, WhatsApp, RCS, Viber, and Voice products issues.
3) Coordination with clients and business managers on call and email to resolve general and SMS delivery-related issues.
4) Keeping track of technical issues by interacting with other departments.
5) Analyzing major clients' live SMS delivery traffic.
6) Gateways and infrastructure monitoring to ensure uptime is maintained.
7) Respond to external and internal queries regarding all connectivity issues such as gateways, routing, pricing, profiles, features, and delivery related queries etc.
8) Making changes on router to gateways, such as adding new destinations, disabling faulty routes, updating feature support, pricing changes, etc.
9) When the client is experiencing delivery issues, putty must be used during the level of investigation and monitoring of the live SMS traffic.
10) Postman API testing when clients have an issue related to the WhatsApp API, Viber, RCS messages.
11) Taking ownership of all the standard and premium rated SMS-MT/MO related duties and administration, as well as all escalated coverage, connectivity and routing queries.
12) We configured the client callback URL and tested on postman and check the logs on AWS Cloud Watch also check the WhatsApp bot status while testing manually.
13) We use AWS cloudwatch to monitoring and check the logs for Call Back, message delivery, bot responses.
14) While there is any maintenance going on we need to backup the data by creating the copy of the data on our system that we use for recovery in case client original data is lost or corrupted.

I have completed my bachelor degree in bsc Information Technology on 2021, during my studies I worked on my projects such as personal voice assistant and Gym website.
