Sainath Garikipati

I have over four years of experience in the energy and sustainability sector, specializing in clean energy research, project feasibility, and market intelligence. At Blackridge Research and Consulting, I have led analyses on solar, wind, hydrogen, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across India, the Middle East, and Europe, providing technical and strategic insights for renewable and low-carbon projects. My work includes energy project assessments, investment analysis, policy research, and stakeholder coordination to support sustainable energy transitions. Earlier, at Jindal Rectifiers and Solon India, I gained practical exposure to solar system integration, energy efficiency, and policy evaluation. My experience bridges technical, financial, and policy dimensions of clean energy, aligning closely with SDG 7 and SDG 13.

I hold an MBA in Power Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, where I specialized in energy economics, power systems, and renewable project management. This program provided a strong foundation in energy policy, sustainable development, and financial modeling for clean energy investments. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which strengthened my understanding of energy systems, electrical design, and grid operations. Together, these qualifications have equipped me with both the technical and analytical expertise needed to contribute effectively to global clean energy and sustainability initiatives.
