I am a seasoned strategist with a proven track record in developing corporate-driven strategies that deliver positive impact on business outcomes. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Manager - Strategy, where I lead a team of three employees in Indonesia and indirectly support the management of a team of twenty employees in national sales. With extensive experience in people management, I am adept at bringing teams together to achieve collective objectives and meet sales targets. My expertise spans sales strategy, corporate planning, financial strategy, partnership strategy, and operational strategy.

Previously, I worked as a Business Strategist in a multi-departmental organization, where I had the opportunity to shape the entire organization according to the changing needs of management and business dynamics. I played a key role in fundraising, valuation, corporate strategy, and redesigning the corporate MIS.

As a member of the founding team for a regional airline launch in India's North East, I was instrumental in the overall planning of the corporate strategy, revenue sources, and risk mitigation strategies. To raise funds, I also planned a role for financial valuation.

My extensive experience includes corporate strategy, planning, product strategy, project management, pricing strategies, solution strategies, financial valuation, financial planning, market positioning, MIS development, and delivering end-to-end communication strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

My personal and professional experiences have taught me the importance of efficient individual task completion and ensuring all team members contribute equally to achieve common company/project goals. I have a track record of scaling up projects or tasks to ensure objectives are met and a continuous learning mindset that is essential for thriving in today's dynamic business environment. I focus on making stable and informed decisions for optimal results.
 

Experience

At Ventes Avenues, which is my present organization, I am working as Assistant Manager-Strategy and Founder’s office staff. This companyspecializes in mobileadvertising technology and focuses on mobile branding, performance, audiences, and technology solutions. My role entails assisting the co-founders in overseeing the company's operations. My role entails working with the National Sales Director to oversee the Sales Division for India, Indonesia, and Vietnam. In addition, I am responsible for negotiating the best rates with publishers and OEM operators. Negotiating with various advertising agencies to ensure that we providethem with the best go-to-market rates is also part of my KPI. It also includes the publisher's negotiations for the best possible rates for Ventes Avenues.

I previously worked as a Business Strategist and Founder’s office staff for WITS Interactive, a multi-divisional company. I wrote the company's financial and business plans for the next five years. I created the division's investor pitch decks. To bring in new investments, I approach investors alongside the company's co- founders. I led the initial round of investor meetings and held a joint meeting with investors and co-founders for the subsequent round. Also created pitch decks that will be used as company marketing material to attract new clients or to suggest to clients what solutions we can offer them. I used to assist the founding partner in establishing three divisions as separate businesses. I revamped the departmental and corporate performance evaluation systems. I redesigned the MIS and accounting systems. I was in charge of GST filing, legal document reviews, and the completion of other legal documents at the company. I had the opportunity to represent the company at various Strategy, Trade, and Investment conferences.

Before joining the WITS, I worked in an Aviation start up called Rhino Air. This was a regional airlines. The role offered to me was of Strategy and Finance consultant. I was working with the founding team. For the company, I was responsible for creating the financial valuation models. I along with the company’s co-founders approach investors for bringing fresh investments into the company. I conducted the initial round with the investors and for the subsequent round, I used to have a joint meeting with the investors and co-founders. Prior to pursuing my MBA, I worked as a management consultant for NitantP Trilokekar &Co., a family-owned and operated Chartered accountants firm. I worked with a variety of industries and sectors at the firm. I was part of the team that conducted a Customs and Excise audit and asset valuation for a captive BPO owned by one of the world's largest shipping companies. I also helpedthe team with the statutory auditof one of the oldesttrusts in Mumbai and Bhuj.

Education

On my education side, I have completed my MBA (Post Graduate Program in Business (PGPB)) from an institute called as SDA Bocconi Asia Center (Previously called MISB Bocconi) and Universita` Bocconi. SDA Bocconi Asia Center is a direct branch (Not Joint venture with any Indian Partner but directly managed by Universita` Bocconi and SDA Bocconi) of Universita` Bocconi and SDA Bocconi. In addition to the MBA I have also completed Diploma in International Business from the same institution. This institute is ranked 3th in Europe; 7th worldwide for their World University Ranking by Subject - Business and Management ranking. According to Financial Times ranking Universita` Bocconi is ranked 10th in Europe and 10th worldwide for their Masters in Management 2020 ranking. I had opted for courses like Organizational Design, Financial Reporting, Financial Markets, Entrepreneurship, Accounting and Control, Investment Banking, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Project Management, Mergers and Acquisition, Accounting and Control In MNCs (Transfer Pricing, Financial Strategy, Operational control) , Risk assessment, Cost Management Systems, Research Methods, Structured and Project Finance, Financial Modelling, Business Negotiations, B2B marketing Business Strategy, Data Analysis( Using JMP software package which is similar to SAS) ,and Applied Marketing Finance, are some of the courses. I was also trained for advanced excel and some of the financial databases (Passport, Orbis). These databases were similar to Bloomberg and S&P global market intelligence. I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving. I am independently motivated, yet I appreciate team efforts and collaborate productively within groups. Additionally, I am knowledgeable in Financial Planning, Financial modelling, Pricing and Valuation with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tally 9 and JMP.
