Warehouse Manager 

INSTAPRINT is a Limited Liability Printing Company (SARL), created in Kinshasa in 1998, however it’s experience dates back to 1982 when it originally established its activities in Nairobi, Kenya. INSTAPRINT started its activities with a single monochrome offset printing machine.

Today, it is one of the largest and most efficient printing press in Central & West Africa.

The production chain is complete, from the graphic design studio to the finished product. We have 3 departments: the Pre-press, Press and Finishing or Post-Press department. Everything is done from A to Z in our factory in Kinshasa. 

Responsibility in Instaprint:-

• Responsible for receipt and issuing material as per production plan.
• Update daily transaction in Box hero Software.
• Responsible for coordinating for production planning team for effective material feeding.
• Taking physical Inventory as per predefined cycle.
• Ensure to effective Inventory control & availability of the material to meet the production target.
• Responsible for the overall operations of the company’s warehouse aspects & managing/foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in Box hero Software.
• Develop and implement the overall store strategy.
• Manage store inventory & Manage stock levels Monitor all inventory control process & documents all procedures to maintain all inventory. 
• Replenishes stock and inventory as needs.
• Monitor all procurements requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain record for the same. Ensure that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse. 
• Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse, coordinate transfer of inventory between departments. 
• Transfer inventory to truck for delivery in a timely manner and accordingly schedule.
• Manage all communication with finance & accounts team as well as other used departments to cater the requirements of such respective teams on timely basis. 
• Reporting daily & monthly MIS reports to General Manager as well as Head office on regular basis and as per requested by the concern department as and required. 
• Daily MIS and Monthly MIS.
• Maintaining Orderliness, Cleanliness, 5S, Safety standards while doing store operations.
• Responsible to implement best working practices within function.
• Preparation of GRN as per documents & Physical material received.
• FIFO compliance (Compliance of self-life).
• Ensure efficient and effective use of Stores space.
• Inspecting all stock for damage & keeping records of damages.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage warehouse operations, optimizing layout, workflows, and processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring MSL (Minimum Stock Level) in Store.
• End-to-End warehouse activity.
• Monitor stock levels in Maximum & Minimum. 
• Conduct regular stock counts & ensure accurate inventory level.
• Organize the store & warehouse in a manner that maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to materials. 
• Implement proper labelling and identification systems for easy retrieval of products.
• Maintain FIFO effectively, Coordinate with the production team to fulfil their requirements on time.
• Ability to operate inventory Management software or ERP system.

Den Networks Limited is one of the fastest growing listed companies in the business of Cable Distribution having its corporate office in Delhi. Den works in distribution of Analog and Digital signals in the form of Set Top Boxes (STB) to various Cable Distribution points across all parts of India in the form of Distributorship and JVCs. Beside this, it also deals in Cable TV, Internet. Genesis of this company comes from Network 18 Group.

• Head of the Warehouse taking complete care of Inventory, In / Out of the Material, Overlook all work progress and dispatches of the Material. Stock Checking.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage warehouse operations, optimizing layout, workflows, and processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Team Supervision and Training: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a competent and motivated workforce.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and security measures, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards.
• Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to facilitate timely shipments, receiving, and distribution, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
• Preparation of GRN as per documents & Physical material received.
• Issuance of material as per material request from departments.
• Sending the monthly MIS stock statement to Mgmt/HO including all the transactions, showing all the goods movements.
• Receiving seconds shipments goods in the warehouse from factories on instructions from HO, counting the goods physically and reporting on any discrepancies found.
• Create PR in system of Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Regular follow up of project requirement until mobilization.
• Rejected material intimate to vendor for return or replacement, modification and corrective action as required.
• Proper arrangement for stacking of Material & Categorised.
• Monthly Bulk material record maintaining & Bill preparation of vendor against receipt.
• Leading day to day store operations, local warehouses & extended warehouses including warehouse hygiene, FIFO management, receipts, storage and dispatches.
• FIFO compliance (Compliance of self-life).
• Maintain dispatch documentation including goods received, proof of delivery, and vehicle checklists.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Plan and schedule dispatch routes, loads, and delivery sequences to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Establish and maintain high standards of security in the Stores 
• Ensure efficient and effective use of Stores space.
• Inspecting all stock for damage & keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space. 
• Record exact arrival & departure times for shipments.
• Making All Commercial Documents & Inward/Outward Form which required for transfer the materials in States Wise Like: -UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Uttarakhand, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat, Delhi, Rajasthan.
• Coordinating with Suppliers towards timely submission of Invoice. Coordinating with respective locations/sites for submission of GRN. Timely submission of documents to enhance/support the Payment cycle. Preparing PRS & Coordinating with the Accounts dept. for submission of the same.
• Ensured smooth co-ordination for quality / quantity inspection, transportation and planning & scheduling shipments for effective inventory management
• Responsible for creating material storage locations in SAP
• Responsible for new development & changes as per SCM requirement. 
• Good Knowledge of SAP –MM Module.

• Passed Engineering Diploma (Electrical) from HSBTE.
