I am a Team Leader at Swiggy who directly handles a team of fleet managers on daily basis who after the Delivery partners of over 40+ cities accross Maharashtra and Indian State.

• Conducting of daily meetings, sharing the feedbacks and discussing their day to day escalations.
• Providing them the better solutions with proper data 
• Conducting of RCA when any city is breaking.
• Planning strategically on the festive times to have better service accross all the cities and discussing with the Team.
