As a passionate educator and dynamic employee, I have been exploring different aspects of teaching Business and Economics at different levels. I started my journey in academics soon after completing my PhD and since then I have never looked back. I find my profession rewarding as it helps me work on my skills and interests while returning back to society. 

I have taught business and economics at Postgraduate, Undergraduate, CIE and IGCSE levels. I have a total of 6 years of experience in the field of teaching Business Management. During this span of experience, I have taken up the roles of Research Head, Assistant Examiner, Team Leader and Examination Subordinate. I have recently joined Cambridge Home Schooling (CHS), UK for AS and A Levels Business and Economics as a part-time teacher. With students coming from more than 10 different nationalities, this online teaching experience is adding significant value to my teaching philosophy. 

I have learnt the skills of working well under pressure while keeping up with deadlines. This rich experience built my interest in formative and summative evaluation and now I am working towards improvising this skill. This post can be of great help in building the skills of not only evaluation but also constructive feedback. 

I have taken up extension training with Cambridge (CAIE Business 9609) and now look forward to exploring the broader role of Head of Department. I will be an appropriate match for similar openings as I have a strong ability to work under pressure and match deadlines. Also, I think my keen eye for detail will be an asset to the role of an examiner. I have a vision of contributing my skills and knowledge to build this curriculum further and make it more approachable for students from different countries and backgrounds.
