counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy,
Behaviour modification and coaching. Previously, I worked in the field
of children and adolescence. Nowadays, I specialise as a life skill
trainer and a private counsellor with a range of mental health issues
such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties and self-related issues.
My theoretical orientation is mainly Art Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy.
