Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as Airtel, HCL, GT, and currently serve as the Head of Finance at Uolo.com. My expertise spans various domains within Finance and Strategy

I have experience in multiple domains of finance & strategy over years spanning from fund raise, M&A, restructuring to setting up the finance function from scratch. In terms of fundraising, I have successfully navigated deals with prominent investors, including Carlyle, Tencent, Winter Capital, and Blume Ventures, ranging from USD 5 million to USD 250 million. Notably, I spearheaded USD 250 mn fund raise by Nxtra Data (Airtel Subsidiary) from Carlyle. I have also managed the FPO for Airtel in 2020. Additionally, my experience in M&A includes orchestrating multiple acquisition deals across different sectors and regions during my tenure at HCL, Airtel, and Uolo.

At Uolo.com, I established the finance function from scratch, assembling a talented team and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. My responsibilities extend to overseeing finance, legal, secretarial functions, as well as HR and administration
