About Sandeep Boda:

I am a designer with 10 years of work experience across diverse domains (Web3/Crypto, AI, Enterprise, E-commerce, Edu-tech), and companies of various sizes (5 to 200k employees) and designing experiences for 25+ products (complex enterprise systems, simulation games, online shopping apps, gamified learning platforms).

Currently driving the design for RazrFi.ai (Launchpad for Web3 projects) and conciselabs (AI-powered query engine for Blockchain data).

At Microsoft, I worked on a Sales Planning Tool which involves 8 different stakeholder teams across the globe and multiple cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers) for different features. I smoothly handled all the requirements with my design partners and tailored it into a single product experience which is desirable (UAT Score: 90% task completion & 4.3/5 UX ease) and which is being used by 28000+ salespersons, partners at different levels.

I love to be on top of new design tools & resources like Figma, Webflow, Framer, Spline which improves the design process. I mastered Figma and conducted sessions as well. I am equipped to cover the breadth of the design process, from creating user personas to building user interface mockups and prototypes, and bringing the vision to life. My experience as a full-stack developer helped me in understanding the technical constraints, and create solutions that are desirable and feasible.
