I have more than 17+ years (and on) of total work experience which includes education management/training/teaching, learning & development, staff training and development, new recruit 
training, program administration, operations management and industrial production/ sales/services.

 

In my current role as Manager, at JBM Cadmium since June 2015, I identify need for skill development for existing employees/ new recruits, plan a training calendar considering internal/external training needs, partner with Universities/colleges/ITI for degree/diploma and certificate courses for existing employees.
Planning and executing a high-level management training program for high-performing personnel to 
advanced skill development. To collate training needs from stakeholders through TNI, plan technical/nontechnical training based on TNI information. Arrange trainers as per training requirements such as; Internal, external and subject matter experts, plan and execute training assessment programs to evaluate and document trainings, monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness periodically. Performing continual process improvement by keenly evaluating training results using KPIs.
