  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products, New product promotion by arranging product literature & demos.
  • Effective Brand communication through Financer Meet,Customer Meets & Operator meet.
  • Continuously improve data analysis and reporting process for value based selling and product launches.
  • Sales and Service team training on products, attachments and application.
  • To work closely with Product Design, Development and Sales teams to achieve on time product commercialization with a high standard of quality guaranteed.
  • Competency building of sales team through various training programs.
  • Provide leadership for developing and directing improvement initiatives.
  • To assist sales team technically for Key Account Customers.
