 Managing pull lists and production for various sub processes.
 Providing floor support and trainings for new comers including process training.
 Doing quality checks for underwriting support which includes new business, renewal and
endorsement of Agribusiness.
 Doing quality audits for Workers Compensation Mod and Middle Market Accounts.
 Doing cross audits/refresher trainings for the team to sustain the quality standard.

DMV, MVR & Endorsement Transactions related to Property & Casualty Insurance.

determining company’s mission & strategic direction as carried through policies & procedures.
 Completed INTRO 320 - Basics of Property & Casualty Insurance from The Institute,
USA.
