About Sandeep Waghmare:
- An Instrumentation engineer with 14.5 years’ experience in FEED, Basic & Detail Design engineering in Petrochemical Refinery, Chemical Plant, U&O, Polymer, Gas Plant, Pharmaceutical etc.
Experience
- Profound knowledge of preparing instrumentation deliverables such as Field Instrument Datasheets, Specifications, Instrument Index, IO List, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Purchase Requisition and Vendor Drawing Review for all types of Field Instruments, Valves and Instrument packages.
- Experience in Design and Control system deliverables such as Cable Schedule, Junction Box schedule, Hook-up drawings, SPI Wiring drawings, Point IO database, Functional Loop Schematics, Foundation Field bus Segment Diagrams, Fire & Gas Layouts, Cable Routing Layout and Instrument Location Plan.
- Conducted FAT for numerous packages and executed Site Erection and commissioning work.
- Skilled to work for various Control & Safety System and LSTK Packages.
- Experience in independently handling Analyzer package (all types including GC) and Instrument packages like Custody Transfer Metering package, Tank Farm Management system and Terminal Automation system.
- Leading team of engineers and designers for assigned Projects. . Friendly, engaging team player and leader able to inspire colleagues to perform their best
- Coordinating and project interfacing with clients, vendors, contractors and other concerned individuals of various disciplines.
- Conducted In house Training for Analyzers and Custody Metering system for knowledge sharing and development. Detail oriented and experienced engineer passionate about industry and technology
- Participation in HAZOP study, 3D Model review and closeouts.
- Man-hour estimation
- Assigning task to team based on Project Schedule and performing quality review for all the deliverables prepared by team. A multi-tasker whose motive is to provide quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Mechanical package’s offer evaluation and vendor drawing review.
- Providing inputs to designers for 3D modelling, location layouts, cable tray routine drawings, hook-up diagrams, installation MTO, junction box & cable MTO.
