My name is Dr. N. N. Sangesh. I am a dedicated professional with more than 17 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, teaching, and administration. My career journey combines academics, industry exposure, and hands-on leadership, allowing me to work comfortably across different roles and responsibilities.

I began my career with a strong interest in learning and teaching. I completed my Bachelor’s degree, followed by a Master’s degree in Management & Systems, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in Business Administration. My academic background helped me develop strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

I have worked as an Assistant Professor (MBA), where I taught management subjects and guided students. Teaching helped me improve my ability to explain concepts clearly, mentor individuals, and work patiently with people from different backgrounds.

Later, I moved into industry roles, where I handled operations, administration, HR, and digital marketing. Over the years, I have worked in leadership positions such as COO, Digital Marketing Manager, and Brand & Digital Marketing Manager. These roles gave me hands-on experience in managing teams, planning strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and achieving business goals.

Currently, I manage Brand and Digital Marketing for Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital, focusing on diabetes care and lifestyle-based treatment in Madurai and Chennai. My work involves creating awareness, managing digital campaigns, coordinating with doctors and teams, and ensuring ethical and clear communication with patients.

I have strong experience in SEO, social media marketing, Meta and Google ads, content planning, website management, and performance reporting. I also have extensive customer-facing experience, including interactions with patients, clients, students, and business partners.

I believe in discipline, consistency, and continuous learning. I value teamwork, clear communication, and responsibility in every role I take up. My goal is to contribute to organizations where I can add value, grow professionally, and help build sustainable systems.
