Job Profile :

Amazon Back End Work

• Creating new listing, Adding the images to the Amazon back
• Daily monitoring mail and Amazon Buyers email and responding them. 
• Customer support call      interacting with customer to get their queries solved for the product they have received.
• Creating Cases and follow up for the received issues from the Sales Team. 
• Returns and Replacement co-ordination.
• Reimbursements follow up with Amazon for the Weight handling, Commission charges.
• Interacting with Amazon Account Manager to add deals in Amazon for getting sales conversion.
• Handling India Mart queries and call received from Customer.
• To interact with Seller to sell our products in their website to expand the business.
• Ineracting with designing team to get the images corrected in the listing.
• Interacting with Amazon Manager  in case      id there is any issues or any new events or deal to be launched..
• Adding removals for the unfulfillable Inventory.
• Over all Amazon back end responsibility.

Flipkart Back End 

• Create listing for the new product.
• Creating cases for the received complaints through sales team.
• Raising cases for infringement and Jumplisted products.

Website :

• Interacting with developer to create or make changes in website.
• Working on website queries, orders and Logistics
• Maintaining proper sheet for Order received through Website.
• End to End service to website customer until the product gets delivered.
• Solving issue in website such order confirmation not received for the order generated orders, Payment gateway issue.
