I would like to introduce myself as an applicant for the Senior MANAGER-Operation (Regional Level) position, at Contract Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution, Inventory Management, Manpower Management, Transportation, 3Pl, 4PL). Besides strong in Contract Logistics- Operation. I am an Enthusiastic and Optimistic Sales Professional also. I am assisting the Team to generate New Business .I understand customer requirements and share solutions in detail (If any RFQ comes) . With the existing Customer, I generate revenue by Cross Selling skills. I am developing and maintaining client relationships and highly committed to working with a team to achieve quotas. I helped the team to achieve the sales target. Revitalize underperforming sales organizations using best practices.  With my extensive work experience and formidable education as the foundation for my skills and abilities, I believe I can be a valuable team player at Sales & Operation. Where my responsibilities included handling Customers, Employees and reporting to seniors.

At my present position as Sr. MANAGER-Operation (Regional Level) at CJ Darcl , I effectively manage 30 Plus employees (On-Roll). All of them directly report to me. I am responsible for overseeing the Operation, Transportation, Manpower management, Vendor development, Inventory Management, Solutions Designing, Rental part, Setup of New Warehouses , ensuring that payroll is processed on time, Monthly Auditing, Monthly Stock monitoring etc.  And handling employee and customer concerns professionally. My biggest priority is ensuring that the Operation runs smoothly and that all issues were addressed in a timely manner. Every Month I do KAIZEN in almost all the areas in Operation. My more focus on 6S, team employees must follow. Being Manager Operation I have strong communication skills, as well as an ability to work under pressure with others.

I have excellent negotiation skills in this position; I had to negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the company. My top priority is ensuring that my team is able to meet deadlines and customer expectations. I believe this is best accomplished by creating an efficient system for managing inventories and deliveries in Warehouse. I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and execute the same. I always start by listening to the customer’s complaint and asking questions to understand their concerns. I then research the issue to find out if it is an isolated incident or part of a larger problem. If it is an isolated incident, I work with my team to solve the problem and ensure that the customer is satisfied. 

I know how to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback when needed.

My ability to perform rests on the foundation of my Education and Experience I have with the last few Companies. As a Master from the Business Administration program, I understand what it takes to manage employees. I am well-versed in many aspects of business, including the Sales, Financial and Operational portion. However, my education and work experience are tied together by my ability to empathize and communicate with others. I like to make people smile. It brings me great pleasure when an employee is truly succeeding and I get to promote them. It is also very rewarding to please my customers.
