My name is Sanjay Sharma. I am an MBA in finance from Sikkim Manipal University. I have an experience of 6.6 years with British Telecom India Pvt Ltd. My profile included raising PR and getting it approved by the stakeholders. Initiate ordering by issuing PO to vendors, managing the order to get it delivered within ETA. Ensuring that the order flows down to our database applications and are configured on various monitoring applications. Once inventory is added and services are active. we initiate billing by issuing invoices against the PO provided by the customer. My profile also included training team members, documentation of processes as SOP's. Improving efficiencies by removing redundant activities and improving the process through automation. I have lead the team in the transition of all the customers from Kuala Lumpur to India site as the former closed its operation. 

I joined BT as a CDM Support and got promoted as CDM Expert(SME). I lead a team of 11 members in the transition of all the customers from Kuala Lumpur to India site as the former closed its operation. Reduced the dependencies on support team by creating SQL queries to extract reports from database. 

I have done my schooling from The Army Public School and my graduation in Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University in 2003. 

I did my MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University in 2012.
