Sanjay Shetty

Hi.. This is Sanjay currently residing in Thane, Mumbai. Age 41 and married. Got a family of 2 (me and my wife ). B.com graduate. Have worked for Ocwen Financial Solutions pvt ltd. For 16 plus years. Was in collection dept when joined the company and got a growth and later transferred to newly formed dept for a pilot batch training. Was awarded employees of the year for 2012. Later joined the escalation dept of Ocwen where i handled litigation cases. 

2 years with collection dept. Later was transferred to Home Retention Dept where I worked with the US based customers through phone and email during the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis. Handled training for new joinees and assisted the team with stream lining the process. Later was asked to join the Escalation dept where i worked with the customers , US attorneys and legal team to resolve the litigation cases.

SSC and HSC from Maharashtra Board and completed my B.Com graduation from Madhurai kamraj University.
