Having Industrial exposure in Office Automation, Industrial Automation, Visualization, Consumer Durable and Aerospace. Delivered responsibilities for various geographies SEA, MEA, India and worked for Global assignments. Have been coaching his teams and others to identify, evaluate and solve issue and translate solutions to business, this makes product development very close to his heart.
Believes in creating business around four pillars - Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Market Share and Return on Investment. He delivered leadership roles in Sales, Operation, Pre and After Sales, Manufacturing, SCM etc.
