Presently, I am associated with Nageen Prakashan Pvt. Ltd as Production-Head & Costing-Estimator. In my current capacity, I am responsible for providing customer support & services and monitoring job. I am also interacting with production & sales teams and with clients for job scheduling on the shop-floor. Skillfully preparing costing & estimation for all types of commercial printing & packaging jobs, I have been instrumental in planning of all types of jobs according to the best paper size and machine availability of printing as well as post-press machine. Actively taking client approval by preparing the best sample/dummy along with the best costing for each type of original sample of the client. 

Adding to this, I am also providing print production quality assurance & reviewing entire work from concept till delivery. Successfully coordinating with finance team for budgeting, estimates & cost analysis of actual product compared to proposed project. Proactively assuming head responsibility for quality control aspects on allocated printed projects. Proficiently executing research on printing and binding equipment. Pivotal in purchasing & providing technical recommendations and analyzing new equipment and proposed facilities as necessary, machines priority, machine efficiency. Adeptly identifying and addressing team training and development needs. Known for inspiring and motivating staff, building relationship with customer and solving query.
