As a Manager II (Sr. Manager) in Seller Identity Verifications, I managed a team of 85-100 employees, where I achieved the 90%
service level agreement (SLA) goal for all operational sites from 71%, developed employees' skill sets, conducted monthly business
reviews, managed performance and behavior of direct reports, and engaged with support functions like workforce, training, quality,
global advisors, capacity planning, program team, etc. I also led and drove projects at the site/process level, which had an impact on
people development/process.

launches, and prepared standard operating procedures around compliance programs like AML, KYC/SIV, and Sanction Screening. I
have also led the revamping of policy pages and SOPs for global process rationalization, resulting in saving headcount.
My skills and expertise include translating high-level requirements into straightforward solutions, documenting detailed business
requirements, disseminating project information to stakeholders and management, coordinating with program and product
managers across ops, tech, product, and leadership teams, and engaging with both internal and external customers to gather
feedback, onboard new programs, marketplace launches, expansion projects, and ensure the highest quality of support.
