Played a role of business analyst for 5 years in various banking segments like Retail Banking, Corporate Banking (including onboarding & payments), Digital onboarding, KYC, Regulations and well versed with planning and managing the rollouts of these applications across the channels and process transformation to digital. Co-ordinated with product owners to improvise the UI/UX design of the applications and involved in user manual preparations and documentations to streamline and standardize the process across the branches.

Involved in preparing and managing the various reports like Project tracking and its status, Test Summary, Defect Summary, Daily RAG status to ensure and deliver a consistently high-quality work as per company standards within the said TAT

• Understanding Business requirements from various System requirement specification documents and interaction with the client
• Review of Test scenarios, scripts, and test cases 
• Preparation of BRD/FSD/CF/CR along with the relevant stakeholders
• Preparation and review of Test Data 
• Risk prioritizing and sequencing the test cases 
• Provide inputs to preparation of Test Execution Plan
• Execution of Test cases and record results in Test Management System
• Analyzing and managing defects
• Prepare Test Schedule, organize and execute different testing phases. 
• Coordinate and interact with stakeholders for release delivery plans and data planning. 
• Coordination with IT teams to ensure Test Environment set up
• Coordination with business users for Change Requests 
• Progress tracking and status reporting.
