I've had an incredible journey in the realm of training and development, which has equipped me with a wealth of experience and expertise. Throughout my career, I've been deeply involved in enhancing individuals' communication prowess, refining their behavioral attributes, and nurturing their personality development.

During my tenure as a Training Manager at Sunstone in Gurugram, I had the privilege to create and execute training programs tailored to equip management students for their upcoming campus placements. This role involved overseeing training sessions across several campuses, where I not only honed student comprehension but also significantly curbed rejection rates through improved topic understanding and application.

As a Master Trainer and Deputy Manager at ICA Edu Skills Pvt Ltd., I was responsible for assessing training needs, designing comprehensive programs encompassing English Language Teaching and Personality Development, and ensuring the seamless delivery of quality training throughout PAN India. My dedication extended to training the trainers, meticulously maintaining performance records, and providing in-depth analysis to senior management for informed decision-making.

My time at Religare Ltd in Noida was marked by the development of effective induction programs, spotlighting critical soft skills such as communication, accent neutralization, and personality enhancement. This role also saw me steering various training initiatives, emphasizing my commitment to fostering professional growth and development.

Furthermore, as a Snr. Associate/Trainer at HCL Technology, my responsibilities spanned managing voice and accent training, close collaboration with quality teams, and adapting training methodologies to suit diverse processes.

I am currently undertaking a Professional Certificate in Teaching & Learning: High School Teaching from Suraasa in Gurugram, a pursuit that began in February 2023 and continues to date.

My educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak, Haryana, which I completed between March 2014 and April 2015.

To further refine my skills, I pursued a Master of Arts in English from Sunrise University in Alwar from April 2012 to March 2014.

My academic path also includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from EIILM (Sikkim University) in Sikkim, spanning from April 2009 to March 2012.

My commitment to continuous learning is underscored by a series of certifications, including the prestigious Certified CELTA from the British Council in August 2023.
