Sanskriti Khandelwal

I have over three years of experience as a product designer. From a young age, I’ve always been very creative, which led me to pursue a degree in Communication Design from Pearl Academy in Delhi. During my four years there, I was awarded the Excellence Award for top performance, highlighting my dedication and hard work. I explored various design mediums, including graphic design, game design, 3D art, and animation. What ultimately drew me to UI/UX was the problem-solving aspect—solving real-life problems that ease people’s lives resonates deeply with me.

After college, I began my career as a graphic designer at Lemon Yellow LLP and then moved to Zetagrade as a visual designer. This role gave me my first real interaction design experience, where I worked on complex data-driven problems and helped create software to streamline clinical trial processes. Currently, I work at Zopper, an insurtech company, as a UI/UX designer. I’ve been part of their core product team. My most recent projects include designing health insurance journeys for Bank of Baroda and claim portals for Samsung mobiles. One of my proudest achievements is leading the Bima Vahak project, an initiative led by the Government of India to improve the accessibility of insurance products nationwide by 2047. Our proposal was selected among many, and I am proud to have been the lead designer on this impactful project.
Working in start-ups has taught me the importance of creating products that make a real impact and the responsibility that comes with it. I’m a self-starter who has led projects independently, improving overall quality and efficiency.
